Gift card. Each attendee will be entered in a drawing to win a prize.

close by 07/31/2026. BTSA is earned and paid at closing. Offer valid on

cancellations, or re-writes. Buyer cannot have previously registered
with D.R. Horton. BTSA incentive may not be used in conjunction with any
other bonus or incentive. Agent must present BTSA coupon at initial

be transferred. If buyer fails to timely close for any reason other

broker’s compensation agreement with buyer and may be subject to caps
